Introducing

the Cone Collector

The Perfect Tool for Streamlined Motorcycle Training Cone Management

The Cone Collector is a collapsible tool with three sections that stores at a length of about 16.25” and expands to length of over 34”. The collapsible size allows the Cone Collector to be easily transportable. It is made of lightweight aluminum weighing less than 5 ounces. It is strong and can support many motorcycle training cones at the same time.

There are two locking mechanisms between the three sections allowing the tool to be rigid when expanded. Turning the locking mechanisms clockwise tightens the lock, counterclockwise to loosen.

At the narrowest end of the tool, you’ll find a bushing with a toggle bolt inserted. When the tool is expanded, the Cone Collector allows

safety cones to be picked-up without having to bend over.

On the opposite end of the tool, another bushing can be found with an eye bolt. A carabiner can be used to suspend the Cone Collector on the coach’s belt loop or attached to a bag or backpack.

To Extend the Cone Collector

  • Loosen the bottom lock by twisting it counterclockwise.
  • Extend the middle portion of the tool by pulling it from the base section.
  • Tighten the bottom lock by twisting it clockwise until firm.
  • Loosen the top lock by twisting it counterclockwise.
  • Extend the top portion of the tool with the toggle bolt by pulling it from the middle section.
  • Tighten the top lock by twisting it clockwise until firm.

To Collapse the Cone Collector

  • Loosen the top and bottom locks by twisting them counterclockwise.
  • Fully compress the middle portion of the tool into the bottom section fully.
  • Compress the top portion of the tool with the toggle bolt into the middle section.
  • Tighten the bottom slightly by twisting it clockwise.
  • Tighten the top lock slightly by twisting it clockwise.
